Meeting was called to order by Chairman Drake Waldron at 6:15 pm.
Present were: Councilor Marie Soliani and Councilor Drake Waldron.
Absent: Councilor Paul Samele, Jr.
Only agenda item: Request for a loan transfer responsibility to Leslie Palmer Jr. from deceased spouse, Darlene Palmer in the amount of $67,900.
Motion made and seconded to recommend approval of request to the City Council.
Meeting was adjourned at 6:25pm
Atty. Joel Perlotto and Mr. Leslie Palmer presented after adjournment of the meeting. Discussion and reaffirmation of intent were made to the subcommittee at that time.
